This is a belated BIG, BIG thank you for all your help in getting my Camp
Unleashed banner to me in time for camp. It couldn't have been more perfect
or of better quality! The printing and colors were sharp exactly right, the
banner material was sturdy and bright white and the stitching was excellent.
I am so very grateful to you for all your attention to detail and high
standards of quality every step of the way. First, for alerting me to the
need for a higher quality jpeg of the artwork; second, for working with me
and my two graphic designers to find a way to upload it to your production
dept.; and third, for taking the extra steps to ensure that I received it in
time without paying an exorbitant amount for rush shipping. I was
absolutely astonished at the degree of personal customer care you extended
me (and for such a "small order.")
I didn't know your company when I first placed my order. I had found you
through Google and thought your website was informative and your prices very
reasonable...so, as is the often the case these days, I just took a chance
that your work would be as good as it appeared. Well my expectations were
indeed surpassed!! Thank you so much for helping to make my second session
of Camp Unleashed a huge success! I will be back for more signs as my
business grows and will recommend you to everyone I know!

I received my banner yesterday and I felt the need to e-mail you to congratulate you on a job very well done! It is very beautiful ! I must admit that I was a little skeptical at first. But when I opened the box it came in, I was very, very happy with the outcome. You do good work! Within these next few months, I hope to have another sound system . My goal is to have 3 DJ's going. So I will be needing a couple more banners. I will definitely be using your services again !
